Hello,
I also had to reset my pc and now I do non know where to find my old MS Role programs...I tried the method described above but only the trial version of Office was found using Winword in the search? Does anyone know how to go along from here to retrieve the onetime version of word? Thank you!

So I had this upshot and knew I would have to reinstall function 365. I have since done so and I cannot retrieve any of my previous documents. Are they just gone?

Aside from re-installing Office, did you brand any other changes to your computer.
Have you lot tried looking for your documents in the folder(due south) to which you lot saved them?
